Fiji-plugin for OMERO

Fiji is an open-source image processing package, a "batteries-included" distribution of ImageJ2 with a lot of plugins bundled. To install Fiji, visit the official Fiji site and choose the distribution that matches your operating system.

After the installation, you will have to find your Fiji application folder. It is the directory in which you have extracted the downloaded file. There will be a plugins folder, where we will place our OMERO plugin.

Remove any old OMERO plugins from the folder. Download the latest ImageJ/Fiji plugin for OMERO from the official OMERO downloads site.

For plugins with version higher than 5.5.7, go to the download directory and copy the omero_ij-5.x.x-all.jar file into the Fiji plugins folder.

For versions lower than 5.5.7, follow the installation guide at the OMERO Fiji installation page..

Then restart Fiji.
