Logging in to the CIBSS-Publications OMERO Server

OMERO is a client-server environment and it has been developed to be used comfortably from the web interface. Using Your Webbrowser, go to the CIBSS Publications internal login page (accessible only within the Freiburg University network).

Once you're at the login page, enter your university credentials (short ID) and your password. You should be successfully logged in.

If you are a part of a research group that is using OMERO, please contact omero-helpdesk@sc.uni-freiburg.de to be moved into the respective group. Without a group assignment, you will not be able to work with data of your research group but will only be able to view the published data.
