Publications in OMERO
It is possible to make the raw image data for your publications publicly available via OMERO.
The CIBSS Publication OMERO-Server is designed to house the image data of your publications. The publication hierarchy is as follows:
- Groups (Research Group)
- Users (Research Group Members)
- Projects (Publication)
- Datasets (Figures)
- Images (Raw Images)
- Datasets (Figures)
- Projects (Publication)
- Users (Research Group Members)
Once the format of your publication is set in the OMERO Projects and Datasets directory, you can begin uploading your raw images through the OMERO.insight desktop client.
You can add a publication name under the Project Details, and add Key-Value Pairs to further detail your publication. It is also possible to upload attachments.
